• When serving as a CISO, one must assess and operate by viewing work from three different aspects, Strategic, Tactical, and Operational.
• When serving as a CISO, delegation of tasks is an indicator of maturity.
• Before serving as a CISO, one needs to ensure that they are aware of all Cybersecurity domains and have expertise in them. Without that, delegation of tasks will fail as one cannot assess good from bad quality.
